Artem Lazarev
Special Projects Director
Graduated from the Philosophic Faculty of Moscow State University with a
degree in political science. Artem began his career as an analyst in Gleb
Pavlovsky's Fund for Effective Policy (FEP). In 2007 he joined the editorial
team of the "Russkiy journal" magazine.
In connection to his work for FEP Artem participated in the development and
implementation of many PR and GR projects for a number of commercial and
governmental structures. He joined Insiders in 2008, he is the Head of special
projects department and is also responsible Insiders unique analytical product
– the daily "Information Map".
